Permission to Walk Home Without an Adult

If you would like for your child to be able to walk home from school without an adult (Grades 3, 4 and 5), or if you would like to have our younger child (Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Grades) with an older sibling or friend, please fill out the form below.

You must fill out one form per child (not one form per family).

If neither of these scenarios applies to you, you do not need to fill anything out.
