Fun Run: Friday, May 2!

Posted Date: 4/28/25 (8:33 PM)

Dear Cunniff Community,

As you know, our annual Fun Run is taking place THIS FRIDAY, May 2, on Warren Street!! We are so excited -- this is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and always a very fun day for our community. We are currently closing in on $8,000, and we are hoping to raise more! Please see below for our schedule, how to donate, and additional important information.

Thank you!

Fun Run Schedule:
11a: Pre-K
11:30a: Kindergarten & 3rd Grade
12:10p: 1st & 4th Grades
12:45p: 2nd & 5th Grades

Each grade will run for approximately 15 minutes, with their buddy classrooms cheering them on (the younger grade will run first, then they will switch). Students will be able to enjoy ice pops while their buddies are running - if you do not want your child to have an ice pop, please reach out directly to your child's classroom teacher, and also inform your child.
You can view an ingredients list for  Fla-Vor-Ice freezer pops on their Website: https://flavorice.com/products/100ct-1-5oz-assorted-freezer-pops/

Fundraising Goals and Prizes:
● $3,000- A visit from Courage & Raider at the Fun Run
● $6,000- Pajama day
● $9,000- Ice pops at lunch
● $12,000- Double recess
● $15,000- Movie/show on the big screen at lunch
● $18,000- A mystery staff member will get a pie to the face!
● $20,000- Ms. MacEwan will dye her hair pink!

You can register or log back into your account at GETMOVINFUNDHUB.COM and use our school identifier code 5d31d6a476e95 to sync up with the fundraiser. If you have multiple children attending the Cunniff, you can make a family profile so donations are automatically split between two or more students.

All are welcome to cheer on our students (the final Fun Run schedule will be announced soon). If you are interested in volunteering during the event (including setting up, distributing ice pops, and facilitating the runs), please send an email to cunniffpto@gmail.com. There is still plenty of time to get your CORI form submitted with Ms. Dangler in the main office to volunteer this spring!
