A Note from Ms. MacEwan

Dear Cunniff Families,

It was a busy week, with lots of fantastic things going on. Our district-wide art show opened at the Watertown Mall on Tuesday, and so much of our students' amazing art work is on display! Our Math Night was a huge success on Thursday, with lots of families enjoying math-focused activities. I am so proud of our staff and students for the work and creativity they put in to what they do every day, and it's so cool to see them get to show it off.

This afternoon, our Prowl Players are showing their stuff in their Create-A-Play performance! Our school got a sneak peak today -- lots of laughs, and lots of talent!

Next Friday, April 18, we will have a 12pm dismissal and then we will be on April Break from 4/24 - 4/28.

Have a wonderful weekend,

Julia

Harvard Baseball Youth Day Game: April 19th at 11:30 am

The Harvard Baseball team, which has been volunteering at the Cunniff School for over a decade, is inviting all Cunniff students to their "Youth Day" game on Saturday, April 19th beginning at 11:30am at Harvard University's O'Donnell Field. Students can come run the bases and get autographs with the players post game. This would be a great way to say thank you to our amazing volunteers who support our Cunniff students each year, and a wonderful outing for your entire family!

Support Children in Need

The Department of Children and Families is seeking to keep Watertown children in their
schools and communities. In order to accomplish this, DCF is looking for Watertown parents
who would consider opening their homes and hearts to a student in need of short-term
care.

Please complete this brief survey if you are interested in opening your home and your
heart to a student in need.
